A Boston dance instructor that lost her leg during the Boston Marathon bombings last year recently performed at a conference for the first time since losing her leg. Â Adrianne Haslet-Davis, who recently taught dance at the Arthur Murray Studio in Boston danced Wednesday night for the first time using a prosthetic leg created by an MIT professor. Â It is being dubbed as the first prosthetic limb used for dance. Â Mrs. Haslet-Davis was injured in the marathon bombing while spectating the race with her husband. Â During that sad day, a bomb went off and three people died from injury as well as numerous people injured including Adrianne Haslet-Davis, whom lost her leg.
