Actor Hill Harper, “NCIS: New York,” says N.C. is a critical state in President Obama’s campaign for a second term. Harper has been in Charlotte at least twice during this election season and also visited during the 2008 campaign. Harper says volunteers didn’t work so hard in 2008 to elect President Obama to one term.
