Elevation Church to Move Into Former Charlotte Brewery
Elevation Church is relocating to a former brewery near uptown Charlotte. The evangelical megachurch, led by Pastor Steven Furtick, announced in Instagram videos that it will open at 2215 Thrift Road in the Wesley Heights neighborhood.
According to The Charlotte Observer, the church did not provide a timeline for the opening.
The new site is less than half a mile from Elevation’s current location at Station West on Berryhill Road. Midnight Mulligan Brewing, which opened in 2022 in the renovated 1955 Fleming Labs building, closed last year. The one-story property is 14,457 square feet.
